Terms and Conditions:
Precise Beauty Bar (1) reserves the right to amend the terms of the membership program at any time; (2) reserves the right to cancel any membership for any reason at any time; (3) Precise Beauty Bar will provide plan member a written notice within 30-days, if such changes are made. To the extent allowed under applicable law, the Member agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precise Beauty Bar owner, agents and/or employees from any claims, losses or expenses from any infringement or alleged infringement by Member of these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation:
Membership can be cancelled at any time, providing a 30 day notice. Cancellation requests are not retroactive and are non-refundable. Membership fees will not be prorated if membership is cancelled before the contracted month of service is completed. Contracted membership services will be forfeited at time of cancellation effective date.

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed
Our monthly memberships are automatically billed to your account on the first of every month, but you can cancel at at any time.

We wish to offer this membership program to our loyal guests as a way to save on your regular patronage of our spa, with no-risk. Simply provide a written, 30-day notice and your card will not be billed again!

Please note: If you become a member within the first 15 days of the month, you will be able to utilize the services in your membership immediately.

However, if  you become a member within the last 2 weeks of the month, your membership benefits will begin the following month.

For example, a member joins between 1/1-1/15, membership benefits are available immediately.

A member joins  between 1/16-31, membership benefits will be available the following month.

Treatments DO Roll-Over
Your monthly treatment benefits are available at the first of each month, and are valid for 60-days. This way your treatments don't go to waste while you are on vacation, or if you are busy.

Benefits Do Not Include Gratuity
Membership dues cover the cost of monthly treatments only. Your optional tips are still MUCH appreciated by our skilled practitioners.

Membership Terms Are Subject to Change
Precise Beauty Bar reserves the right to amend the terms of our membership agreement at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any membership for any reason and will provide written notice if such changes are made within 30-days.
